Renovation home extension

Crawford Partnership, a London based architecture firm, is responsible for adding modern extension to home in busy part of the city close to Camden Town. The extension includes an open kitchen and dining room with an extra bedroom and office above it. The roof of the extension is covered in sedum, which is very popular in Germany for green roofs. Such roof is not only makes positive impact to the ecology but also creates a great view from top store of the original house. Creating such extension in the garden covered with walls made it more enclosed and private. The walls also reduced noise from the busy city streets.
The extension is constructed from glass and Prodema Lignum, an architectural cladding material made from resin-bonded cellulose fiber, covered in a wood veneer and an acrylic finish. The Prodema panels are very durable and weather resistant, not to mention very modern in look and design.

Laptop pillows idea

They are pretty and very comfy because they are PILLOWS! In the same time they are useful because they give your laptop an ability to heat an air not your knees. Charging cradle product

Of course you can change them to some smart outlets but mostly you won’t do that. Load-Ding is the simple solution in such situations. A flat piece of white plastic, flocked on the inside is a “tray” that cradles your power-hungry device and keeps it safe without the surface below. It’s really useful product for just $15.
Having a lot of portable devices is a part of contemporary life. Most of people have at least mobile phones and mp3 players nowadays. Charging them sometimes could become a problem because you never had enough outlets for all them or the outlets are too high from the surface.

House with front porch by Assembledge+

Another such area is the full-length front porch that is reminiscent of the surrounding neighborhood craftsman homes. The cedar siding, smooth white plaster, and colored MDO panels provide a material palette to complement the refined forms and crisp geometries. One more thing is the full height sliding glass wall at the rear yard allows the house to be completely opened up providing little distinction between indoor and outdoor. The Ridgewood Residence is designed by Assembledge+ to take the full advantage of the Southern California climate. The luxury and minimalist living space provides a great indoor/outdoor connection with series of areas. One of such areas is a glass-cornered living room which not only gives a possibility to enjoy great views of surroundings but also gives the occupant a feeling of being outside.
