A Cool Double Bed at Vento Modular Sofa by Thomas Althaus

Here’s Vento, modular sofa by Thomas Althaus which can be turn into bed. We love the idea how this furniture able to transform itself into a bed but we wouldn’t recommend so to use this kind of bed in a small space house. What is great about this modular furniture is the flexibility in choosing to arrange the bed where once being transform it will leave a space where you can leave or put your books, CDs, Drinks, and other objects next to the bed.

The sofa bed furniture has a special support of night table and the modern couch can support for up to two persons. It’s not a space saving idea furniture but it’s definitely modular. This modular sofa has L shape design where the other part remains fix. It’s an intermediate seating solution if you’re looking for a two in one furniture design.

Space Saving Furniture With Reading Chair by Remy van Oers

Space saving furniture is still today’s furniture trend. Perhaps this is because people want to get the most space out of their house, so the idea of having two functions or more in one furniture is becoming popular. We’ve seen another book chair like this one before, but this one is completely different as the back of multi-function chair is flat.

The Reading Furniture collection which was designed by Remy van Oers a Dutch designer was presented in Dutch Design Week in 2010. Unlike the previous book chair we’ve seen, this one has its own style as it is completed with built in lamp that can provide lighting that you need to read books. So I guess this reading chair has three functions, those are as a chair, book storage, and reading lamp. Great isn’t it?
