Modern Office Design With Spacious Minimalist Interior in T-Office by Rats-architects Inc. & Shinji Kogo Architecture

This building is called T-Office and it is built on a plateau in the center of the city of Oita, Japan. Rats-architects Inc. + Shinji Kogo Architecture, the architects who designed this minimalist office building, designed this modern office with only the east facade facing the street with high traffic. Based on the extension of the office, the architects ensured to maximize the amount of parking in its proposal.The office able to hold of 15 to 20 people working in an easy to control and communicative environment. In addition, the entire building is designed as reception room, chat room and administration room. The box on the west side is larger than the east side, allowing you to adjust the outside view from inside and creates changes in the lines in a clear view.
